I will always remember Frank Singh by his first quote when we met
in 1986. “A man’s measured by how he honors his words.” A
phrase his father said to him many times during his childhood. If a
man can honor his words and practice what he preaches, then it
reflects integrity, honesty, loyalty and commitment.

Those attributes laid the foundation upon which his characteristics
were built. These qualities were later honed and refined during his
years of service in the US Military. He is a loyal servant of his
country and served with dignity, honor, integrity and commitment. It

Education
After twelve years of service to the Marine Corps, Mr. Singh
proceeded to continually further his education, attending Northern
Virginia Community College, John Jay College and New York
University where he received numerous certificates and diplomas
in Criminal Justice, Real Estate and Mortgage practices.
Business Experience
Frank spent the next ten years, from 1986 through 1996
developing the skills in the real estate and mortgage industries
needed to become a successful entrepreneur. These experiences
laid the solid foundation and principles upon which Marine
Funding, Inc., was built in 1996. Marine Funding is a mortgage
business focused on quality, integrity and commitment to customer
service. Marine Funding has since grown and expanded to
servicing clients in New Jersey, Georgia and Florida.
Community Service
Frank Singh has continued to serve his community and give back
through the Continuing Education Programs in Real Estate and
Mortgage Industries. Frank is a certified instructor for these
programs since 1998. He is an active member of the Indo-
Caribbean Community of New York where he serves as the
Treasurer/PRO of the Indo-Caribbean Federation since 1990 and
Liaison Officer of the Indo-Caribbean Community to the Queens
County DA’s Office since 2006. After twenty years of service,
