Documents Needed to Process Your Application
Not all documents are required in every case, I will let you know what we will
need, however you should be prepared to provide the following:
If applicable:
Full divorce decree, with any support order(s)
Bankruptcy papers
If a purchase:
Purchase and Sale Agreement
Effective 10/1/2003: Required to comply with USA PATRIOT Act
Legible copy of valid Drivers License
Legible copy of Social Security Card
(Alternate forms of ID accepted on a case-by-case basis)

- Last two pay stubs
- Last two years W2s
- Last two years FULL tax returns if: self-employed, 1099, commission
income (in full or part), unemployment income collected prior year,
rental income collected, and some other circumstances as required - Last two months bank statements (ALL pages)
- Current statement for other assets (401k, IRA, 403b, Mutual Funds,
Stocks, etc.)(ALL pages) - Statement / bill for ALL current mortgages
- Property tax bill for ALL properties owned
- Insurance information for ALL properties owned
- Deed for subject property
If applicable:
